Our story begins working with Property Managers in town and being very dissatisfied with the quality of their service. We knew there was a better way to help people; thus, we started Do Good Property Management.
We wanted to create a company that does good for owners, renters, and the community.
For our community: we are dedicating 5% of profits towards a non-profit, Tomorrow’s Adventure. Tomorrow’s Adventure does 2 service projects each year, one locally and one abroad. If you want to get involved or if you have ideas for our next project, click here.
For our owners: we believe property management is a partnership. Our philosophy is to treat the properties as our own. We take pride in each property while maximizing cash flow. We wish to improve the value of each owner’s property and create better places for people to live. With our strategic improvement plans, we can help guide owners to maximize the amount of cash flow they can receive for each unit. For our renters: we know that you are renting until you can buy your own home. We work with you hand-in-hand and educate what it will take to make your home buying dream a reality. We offer a unique program for our tenants offering a flexible lease option if you use one of our real-estate team members. This means you don’t have to worry about finishing out your lease while we help you find your dream home. In addition, we guarantee our owners if any rent is lost or if someone takes advantage of our “rent to home” program, then Do Good Property Management will cover the loss.
